After immigrating to Toronto from Italy, and beginning work at “Commerce Brokerage Real Estate Brokerage” off of St. Clair Avenue in Toronto, Joe Marchese decided to branch off and start Prospect Realty Inc. with 40 Years of experience under his belt as a real estate professional.
Prospect Realty placed its roots in Vaughan, Ontario, off of Kipling Avenue, 25 years ago. In those 25 years, it has gained vast expertise in commercial, retail, industrial, residential, and land real estate transactions. Being a family-run business with several generations of the Marchese family involved in the brokerage from sales to administration, all of Prospect Realty’s clients and customers are taken care of, just like family.
